Margalla Enclave Islamabad is a joint venture between the CDA and DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi. It covers about 10,000 kanal in Zone 4, on Jinnah Avenue (formerly Kuri Road), beside the Margalla Botanical Garden.
The official price list
The residential price list currently on DHA’s official site (updated 21 September 2026) is:

Installment plans need a 15% down payment within 30 days of the ballot, followed by 4, 8 or 12 quarterly installments. Prices do not include DHA charges or government taxes.
How to apply
- Apply online on the official DHA portal. Each form covers one plot.
- Pay the non-refundable processing fee of PKR 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000, depending on plot size.
- Wait for the computerised ballot.
- If you are successful, pay the lump sum or the down payment within 30 days.
