Lump sum within 30 days of the ballot, or 1, 2 or 3-year plans with 15% down and quarterly installments. Prices exclude DHA charges and government taxes.

- Lump sum is due within 30 days of the ballot; otherwise 15% down within 30 days, then quarterly installments.
- Special-category plots (corner, boulevard, park-facing) carry +10%, capped at +15% for combined categories.
- Missing two consecutive installments cancels the plot; refund is the amount paid less 20%.
- Late payment is charged at 6-month KIBOR + 5%.
- Prices exclude DHA charges and government taxes. Allotment letter is issued after full payment.
