Do you build in Park View City and DHA Margalla Enclave?
Yes. We build in Park View City Islamabad now, and will take DHA Margalla Enclave projects as soon as possession and building approvals open.
How long does a 5 or 10 marla house take?
A grey structure usually takes 4–6 months; a full turnkey home 9–12 months, depending on design and finishes.
I live abroad. Can you manage everything?
Yes. We handle approvals, payments to suppliers and site supervision, and send weekly photo and video reports.
How are payments made?
In stages tied to construction milestones (foundation, structure, finishing), so you only pay for work completed.
