A complete city on the edge of the Margallas
Park View City Islamabad is developed by Vision Group, owned by Abdul Aleem Khan. Plots are booked with Park View Enclave (Pvt) Limited. The scheme sits on Malot Road in Zone IV, between Kurri Road and Simly Dam Road. Its neighbours are the Margalla Botanical Garden, Bani Gala and Bahria Enclave.
It is not a plan on paper. Families already live in A and B Block. Downtown Islamabad has had its 100-kanal lake and dancing fountain running since December 2023. H and F Block now offer plots with possession.

CDA approved the revised & extended layout plan
CDA letter No. CDA/PLW/RP-Zone-4(94)/2024 dated 11 July 2025 approved the revised & extended layout plan over 5,828.75 kanal.

- For the newly extended portion, CDA requires a separate development NOC before work and sales. Always confirm which part of the scheme a plot is in.

Submit the booking form with CNIC copies and pay the down payment by pay order / bank transfer to the developer.

Are corner or park-facing plots more expensive?
Yes — 10% extra for corner, park-facing and boulevard plots. The 2026 plans give a 10% discount on full lump-sum payment.
Can overseas Pakistanis buy in Park View City?
Yes. You can book remotely with a NICOP or passport copy. UBL home financing accepts Roshan Digital Account holders. Our team handles visits, documents and payments on your behalf.
